Breathe and Ground
Inhale, exhale,
the rhythm of life,
a dance of breath and ground,
a symphony of existence.
The air fills my lungs,
cool and refreshing,
bringing life and energy,
as I stand rooted in the earth,
connected to its
strength,
its stability,
its unwavering support.
I breathe in the essence of the world,
the scent of grass, of flowers,
of rain on pavement,
and I am grounded,
solid and secure,
held in the embrace of the earth,
safe and steady,
no matter what storms may come.
With each breath,
I draw in the power of the universe,
the energy of creation,
and I feel it flow through me,
filling me with a sense of wonder,
of awe,
of gratitude for this gift of life.
I stand tall,
my feet planted firmly on the ground,
my breath deep and full,
and I feel the strength of my being,
the power of my spirit,
as it soars to the heavens,
connected to all that is,
all that was,
and all that ever will be.
The wind whispers through the trees,
the leaves rustling in a gentle breeze,
and I feel a sense of peace,
a sense of calm,
as I breathe in the beauty of the world,
and let it fill me,
body and soul.
I am a part of something greater,
something vast and eternal,
and with each breath,
I am reminded of my place in the world,
my purpose,
my connection to all living things.
I close my eyes,
feeling the sun on my face,
the earth beneath my feet,
and I breathe,
deep and slow,
letting go of all that weighs me down,
all that holds me back,
and I am free,
free to be who I am,
free to follow my path,
wherever it may lead.
Breathe and ground,
the essence of life,
the balance of nature,
the harmony of existence,
and in that moment,
I am whole,
I am complete,
I am one with the universe.
