Deep Relaxation
In a world of chaos and stress,
There exists a deep place of rest,
A sanctuary for the weary soul,
Where waves of calmness gently roll,
Deep relaxation, a precious gift,
A chance for the mind to uplift,
To let go of worries and fears,
And just be still, shedding tears,
A ballad of peace, a melody sweet,
A symphony of silence, a tranquil retreat,
Where troubles fade into the night,
And dreams take flight in the soft moonlight,
Close your eyes, breathe in deep,
Let go of all that you keep,
In your heart, in your mind,
In this moment, leave it all behind,
Sink into the embrace of golden light,
Feel the weight of the world take flight,
As you surrender to the gentle flow,
Of deep relaxation, let your spirit glow,
Feel the tension melt away,
Like ice under the warm sun's ray,
As you drift into a state of bliss,
A state of pure and utter peace,
Let your body sink into the earth,
Let your soul know its true worth,
As you surrender to the healing power,
Of deep relaxation, your finest hour,
In this sacred space, all is well,
All is calm, all is swell,
As you feel the burdens lift away,
And the beauty of life come out to play,
Breathe in the fragrance of serenity,
Let it fill you with tranquility,
As you bask in the warmth of grace,
And let your heart find its resting place,
Deep relaxation, a timeless art,
A balm for the wounded heart,
A refuge from the storms of life,
A sanctuary from the endless strife,
So close your eyes and let yourself unwind,
Let your troubles slip out of mind,
And surrender to the peace within,
Deep relaxation, where life begins.
