Emotional Release: A Poem by Sound Alchemist and Author JS Worldbridger

Emotions running wild,

My heart aching with sorrow,

Overflowing with tears,

Taking me to tomorrow,

I release the pain I've held inside,

It's time to let go and abide.

Grief and sadness consume me,

Nestled deep within my soul,

Leaving me feeling empty,

Searching for a way to be whole,

I cry out in despair,

On the verge of losing control.

Numbness wraps around me,

Taking away my ability to feel,

I struggle to break free,

But my emotions refuse to heal,

I long for a sense of release,

A way to finally deal.

Outpouring of emotions,

Flood my every thought,

Overflowing in my actions,

As I try to connect the dots,

Releasing the pent-up pain,

I find a sense of peace in this emotional rain.

Nothing can compare,

To the weight being lifted off my chest,

Embracing my vulnerability,

Making room for the rest,

Opening up and letting go,

This emotional release is the best.

All the hurt and anger,

Leaves my body in waves,

Making room for love and joy,

As I find the strength to be brave,

Setting myself free, I am no longer a slave.

Release the pent-up feelings,

Every tear shed is a step towards healing,

Liberating my soul from the chains of pain,

Empowering myself to rise above once again,

And embrace the beauty of emotional release,

Shedding the burdens that no longer bring peace.
