 I ground myself with the rhythm of my breath

Each inhale and exhale, a gentle release

Guiding me through life,

I am rooted to this earth, connected to its core

With each breath I take, I feel its energy flow

Pulsating through me, vibrating to my very core

Grounding me in the present, letting my worries go

Inhaling the sweet scent of the earth's perfume

Exhaling all the stress, the tension, the fears

Feeling a sense of calm, as my worries resume

Fading away, replaced by gratitude and cheers

I am grounded with my breath, anchored in the now

No longer lost in the chaos of my mind

Embracing the stillness, the peace that allows

Me to find balance, harmony, and unwind

With each mindful breath, I connect to my true self

Letting go of the past, releasing the future's hold

Embracing the present moment, the gift of wealth

Of peace, of love, of joy that unfolds

I am grounded with my breath, a steady anchor

Amidst the storms of life, the waves of doubt

Breathing in resilience, exhaling fear and rancor

Finding strength in stillness, in letting go of the clout

Inhaling the beauty of the world around me

Exhaling the negativity, the doubt, the pain

Feeling a sense of freedom, of liberation, of glee

As I ground myself with my breath, once again

I am grounded with my breath, in tune with the earth

Connected to all living beings, in harmony

Breathing in compassion, exhaling all hurt

Embracing love, spreading peace, in unity

With each breath I take, I honor the sacred bond

Between myself and the earth, the sky, the sea

Grounding myself in nature, in life beyond

In the beauty of existence, in the mystery

I am grounded with my breath, in this moment

No longer lost in the past, the future's haze

Embracing the here and now, the present's lament

Finding peace and joy, in the breath I praise

So as I inhale deeply, and exhale slowly

I am grounded with my breath, in perfect flow

Connected to all that is, all that's holy

In the stillness of my soul, in the breath I know

I am grounded with my breath, in the ballad of life

A melody of peace, of love, of unity

Breathing in harmony, exhaling all strife

Embracing the present moment, in all its beauty.
