I Love my Body
In my skin, I find peace and grace,
A vessel of strength and beauty divine,
I love my body, its every curve and trace.
Each line and freckle, each crease and lace,
Tell a story of a life lived, a soul refined,
In my skin, I find peace and grace.
My body, my temple, my sacred space,
A sanctuary where my spirit can shine,
I love my body, its every curve and trace.
From head to toe, in every embrace,
I feel the power of this flesh of mine,
In my skin, I find peace and grace.
I celebrate the uniqueness of my face,
The way my eyes sparkle, the way my smile aligns,
I love my body, its every curve and trace.
I nourish it with love and embrace,
I treat it with kindness, never malign,
In my skin, I find peace and grace.
I am grateful for this earthly place,
For the gift of this body, so perfectly designed,
I love my body, its every curve and trace
,In my skin, I find peace and grace.
