Before I begin my day

I take a moment to pause

To set an intention

To guide me through

I close my eyes

And envision my goals

I see myself succeeding

I feel the joy in my soul

With a deep breath

I release any doubts

I believe in myself

I trust in my abilities

I set my intention

To be kind and compassionate

To be focused and determined

To be open and accepting

And with this intention

I move through my day

With purpose and clarity

With strength and grace

So I choose wisely
