In the dark depths of sorrow's embrace
We find ourselves lost in a sea of pain
Unable to escape the clutches of grief
It's a heavy burden that weighs us down
Threatening to drown us in its endless waves
But there is a way to heal this ache
To mend the broken pieces of our hearts
It's a simple yet profound truth
The only way to heal grief: Feel it
Embrace the tears that flow like rivers
Let them cleanse your wounded soul
Don't push them away or hide them
For they are the gateway to healing
Allow yourself to feel the rawness
Of your emotions, the anger, the sadness
Don't bottle them up, let them out
For they are the keys to your release
Don't numb yourself with distractions
Or bury your pain under a facade
Face it head on, with courage and grace
And watch as it slowly begins to fade
It may seem easier to avoid the pain
To pretend that everything is fine
But the longer you suppress your grief
The harder it will be to find peace
So let yourself grieve, let yourself mourn
For it is only through feeling the pain
That you can begin to heal and grow
Stronger than you ever thought possible
It won't be easy, it won't be quick
But with time and patience, you will find
That the wounds will start to heal
And the sun will shine once more
So don't be afraid to feel your grief
To embrace it as a part of your journey
For it is through the darkness
That we find the light at the end of the tunnel
And remember, you are not alone
There are others who have walked this path
Who understand the depth of your pain
And will stand by you through it all
So let your tears fall, let your heart break
For in the brokenness, there is beauty
And in the pain, there is healing
The only way to heal grief: Feel it.
